Vanilla Pudding

A light and fluffy homemade vanilla pudding recipe, perfect for banana pudding or eating on it's own! Paleo and GAPS friendly.

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp gelatin
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Sprinkle gelatin in water in a sauce pan, bloom for 5 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in water over low heat, whisk until gelatin is dissolved and remove from heat.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add gelatin water to milk mixture and whisk thoroughly.
  3. Place mix into the fridge and whisk every 15 minutes until it thickens (15-45 minutes).

  4. Whisk pudding for about 1-2 minutes before serving. It will loosen the pudding perfectly.
